My question is would someone be able to get from 10 to 75 hp only. In other words not using other combat skills such as ranged, magic, strength, defense, prayer, attack.

Again I must stress that literally NO combat experience is to be gained whilst training only hp levels.

 

That would be very very very very expensive and could possibly only be done on pest control by repairing the barricades and involving in no combat at all. Then spend the points on hp exp. But that would take a long ass time!

 

You'd likely be looking for 650m+ to get this done.

 

Ros this can't be done unless doing it with lamps from dig site which is 400 exp per hour and would take 800 days @ 5 hours per day. Pest control is no option ethier because of 40 combat req. you can't recoil 360s ethier they heal too fast
