Just keep up a consistent win ratio and mvps and you'll be good, you shouldn't worry about ranking up, but rather worry about doing good in a match

 

51%+ winrate and you'll eventually reach global. Top fragging. most mvps, high k/d, ability to clutch a round that would otherwise be lost, and high hsp/accuracy will help you rank up faster. You can improve on those by playing aim maps, deathmatch (on community 128 tick servers, and 1v1 servers.

hit global elite rather quickly with 1.67 kda, 60% hsp, 54.6% w/r

 

Try not to solo queue a lot either. Find really good premades and play with them. Solo Queing can be really frustrating even if you are good at the game. I found that out the hard way when I lost Global. There are retards at every rank so be safe and play with people who offer good calls and good support.
