    I use a mobile hotspot and my IP is shared with someone I don't know
    This is kind of annoying. Can this be avoided since hotspots are my only way online at the moment...

    Is the issue that since you share an IP, you cannot register? If so, then post your desired username and desired email linked to your account and we can create an account for you.
