SRL setup : i need help

ok i have SCAR 2.03 and there are alot of scripts that have [SRL] on them. i have no clue what it is. what does it mean?

and i was looking at another thread where somebody asked how to set it up and one dude said Scar folder-->includes-->SRL-->SetupSRL.scar.

i thought you may need to do that for some other version. so can someone help me?
