Best way to 65 def... with 1 atk/str?

Wheres the best place to train...with what? I want to get to 65 def/52 hits/29 combat (used a calc... would be cool to wear 3rd age kite/drag chain/legs), with 1 atk/str/mage/range? I want to wield 3rd age kite. Someone tell me, thanks.

    monks.

once your 30+ def, just put full addy on, with iron scim (power/def ammy)

they cant hit you, just set autoretaliate on, and you can leave it over night etc
(watch out for randoms and such)

    wont work.
    mouse inactivity = sign out.

set an autoclicker inside your inventory, and it might work, though.

Okay, i helped out pretty much all of my friends defence pures, heres a little guide.

Iron Longsword, 1-20 at CHICKENS!, chickens are -5 defence, and with 1 atk 1 str, youll still hit decent on them.
at 20, get silverlight sword. better than iron scim + iron longsword.PLUS youll get good defence xp on dragon, considering silverlight acts as rune longsword.

after that quest, train at monks till about maybe 40-50 defence.

at 50 defence, if your wicked borred of taking sooo long to train, get 5 str, train at rock crabs, cuz if you train at rock crabs with 1 atk 1 str, youll barely hit anything off them, thats just my judgement.

so just follow these guidelines, and it should take you a bit longer than other ways.

Personally what I like doing is going fire bolting with the defensive option. It's a lot faster, and in the end I'd probably need mage lvls anyways, so why not?
