I know it was stupid of me to give this guy $32, idek why I did it lol, just doing this in case he ever returns.

 

Do you have more screenshots that show you gave him $32, or that he acknowledged you gave him $32, or him saying he won't return it, etc. I can barely make out you asking him 'when can i get my...', presumably being money? Post more screenshot evidence and I'll add it to his ban reason.
