Help Please!!!

I have a few problems.

1. I don't quite understand how to use Himachi. Can anyone please explain?
2. Every time I try to get into a server, it says my "Request has timed out" I don't understand what that means, maybe I am doing something wrong.
3. How do I change my port to go to a specific server?

If Anyone can answer 1 or all of these questions, please post answers here, very much appreciated. Thanks.

when u go to someones hamachi thing keep your hamachi running, and then log in using the ip the server has, and the port..then log in(start server first)
