Phpbb2, phbbb3, smf, or other

Okay, I am going to get rid of the crappy Ipb and use phpbb2, phpbb3, or smf. If one of you guys can tell me what you think is the better one. Please do not post here if you have not used any of them because you would not no any thing about them. Note: Sythe.org uses vbulletin witch I used to use until we sold it. I am not getting vbulletin, or IPB anymore.

I just decided to use phpbb3 because as Dorito said it is hard to customize smf. I am already finding hacks and templates for it thanks for the help guys.

 

PhpBB3, has tons of mods and stuff, etc. But smf is good also.

 

SMF is god.

 

I would say PhpBB2 since i know it has alot of skins to choose from and some good mods for it. PhpBB3 i'm not sure on because i don't think there is alot of skins for it, but i could be wrong.

 

phpBB3 has no skins, you have to import them.. and yea phpBB3

 

I chose other and picked vBulletin. But like you said, you aren't getting that, so, I'd pick SMF. Really easy to use, but complex for the people who want to customize.

SMF is the best thing I've used so far.

 

Well I have decided to use phpbb3 because I found some hacks I would like to use with it, not much skins to pick from but they will come it will just take a little time.
