America's Army: Trading Tracker with 3132 kills and 1637 deaths - 1.91 FR with 2 accs

I am trading my America's Army tracker account with the following details:

Kills: 3132
Deaths: 1637
Fragrate: 1.91

And an optional Honor Level 62 and 66 that are linked to banned accounts (The 66 is only linked to 1 banned account though)

FOR:

An account that is Honor Level 70+ with NO links to any banned accounts.

I am willing to debate the Honor Level of the account.

Does no one play America's Army here? =/
