ok this guide is how to lure people useing tribes men this is what u need to do
my msn is in my sig if you need anything

1. get some one to lure level 50-70 full runers or u can try to get a higher level they might not fall for it

2. ask them if they want to make some money in pm tell them that they are level 32 and that they drop rune, dragon weps ect, ect

3. tell him to bring his cash and to not bring food cuz there is a food store on the island that has food instock all the time

4. ask him to see his invo and make sure he has no teles, food, or anti pots

5. so then go to karumja and go to the tribes men (in pic below)

6. start killing the tribes men and when hes poisoned just ignore it then when we starts walking/running away say "stop ill give food" trade him put up food and accdept to secnd screen wait a while untill the poison hits him again the say something like i lagged or wait here if he home teles home tele with him

this is very creative. as long as you dont lie, which i think you did do a little of, its ok and wont get you banned.

1 Do not bring any food
2 Bring all your money
3 Don't have any anti poisons
4 Don't have and teleport runes

What do you tell him if he has tele runes? Don't bring them?

Come on, not even a 9 year old would fall for this.

lol i remember doing this when i did the shilo village quest, i got an obby cape out of it :O

 

btw you dont tell them not to bring it

 

lol thats hard to pull off, but it could be rewarding....
