Sythe CIA

I think we should have a CIA team that record accounts that have been sold, on another list put accounts that have been scammed back with their names, and like make sure the account is never sold again. The team should consist of 10-15 people to make it a bit easier for everyone and each member can be assigned a section to monitor. I think this can REDUCE scamming by A LOT. Also if your worried the same account is being sold but by a different person we should be able to record and re-check IP Address' to MAKE SURE they are different, if not, we report our case to a CIA Director and he will take care of it from there.

There should be little tweaks and add-ons to this but you get the idea. I'm all up for catching scammers and quite frankly Sythe has a bad reputation for a lot of scammers and we need to stop this. I know if we monitor all trades and see if the same IP SELLS an account twice that we can take him down before he scams.

There should be a CIA forum where someone post proof that the account was indeed sold to them and who it was sold from. Then we know that if the person who sold to them tries selling the same account again, we can ban him. We can also have a forum where only Mods/Admins/CIA people can look at to make a list of which IPs sold which accounts so we can all look and double check to make sure.

The problem is the people getting scammed are the same people that wouldn't report an account being bought or sold. That's also an ass load of work.

 

There should be a rule clear to any account buyers to get proof of buying an account and if it gets scammed to report it in the CIA section. If we get 2 partners per section it might be a bit more easier. It would be an ass load of work, but I'm sure you'll find some people that will do this ass load of work. Also make sure to have a Supervisor overlooking to make sure everyone is doing their job.

I know I am willing to do what it takes to make this a more scam-free community. Doesn't only have to be trades, anyone who is ever IP banned can be put on a separate list incase the database is lost or whatever so we know they will never be back. If no one on the Sythe staff wants to do the work to put the whole thing together, I would be more then happy to get a trustworthy team that would work.

yeah it would be very helpful but quite alot of work, theres always going to be account scams no matter what sythe does.

I'd say good idea and I would help with this but I doubt alot of people would jump on the ball with this. They'd be too lazy to do it.

I know I'm not the most trusted atm but I've been on sythe for 2-4 hours a day for almost 2 weeks so I'm working my way up. Also selling a guide so check it out in my sig

Yeah but one of the CIA's main priorities is recording the account down. To make the job easier we can look up this list if someone 'says' that the account is a scam. We look on the list, we compare the accounts, same account, same IP, BAN.

I know it would be a lot of work but I bet it could reduce scamming from up to 50%.

 

It would definitely cut down on scamming, but whos gonna be devoted enough? lol.
