Help with quick appeal!

Please help guys. I got banned for 7 days for breaking rule 7. I honestly didn't use any macros, auto-typers. I did use a mouse recorder but that is because I was high alching and practically all my fingers are wrapped up from rope burn. Is there any way to get out of this. I don't care about the 7 days I just care about the black-marks. Please help guys.

I did but most of those are apologies. Jagex said that there is a highly unlikely chance that you will get unbanned from an apology or are they bullshitting?

Yeah, they're not kidding about the apologies. I have never seen an apology make them take the black marks off or change their mind at all. Always better to appeal in my opinion.
