Recovery Question Query Still Pending

    Recovery Question Query Still Pending
    I sent in a few recov question queries yesterday and they got denied because I didn't send in enough information. I continued to try and I got to about the 4th try and I waited and waited and it was still pending. This was yesterday afternoon. I tried again this morning and it is still pending. Usually they took about 10 minutes. Why is this one taking so long? Is there anyway I can cancel and try again? Can I send a complaint or something to get this moving along? I really am wondering why this one is taking so long...

    It could be cause the Jagex offices are just a bit backed up, it took me a day once

    Alright thanks. I know it says to be patient because they're getting to it but it never takes this long.
