need help

i've recently been hacked several times on runescape. the first time around i changed my account assosiated email from an outlook account to Gmail, hence the higher security there. I also set up two-step verification on both my runescape account and gmail through the google authenticator app. Even through all those layers of extra security someone managed to get through the two-step verificaton and access my account.

There's always a chance of getting hacked, it's just the matter of the way you surf the internet. You could have been ratted / keylogged, whatsoever.

- I'd make a personal E-mail account just for RuneScape, and only log on it if neccecary.
- Write down the information regarding the account on a paper and keep it safe in real life.
- Reinstall your Computer

Never keep details regarding your account on your computer / mobile device.
