Buying a character with 90+ strength.

I am looking to buy a character. I can't pay literal GP, but I will pay you enough cash (USD) to buy whatever amount of GP you want for the char. Example, you want 2 mil, you say a mil is 4$ USD, I pay you 8$.

I need a character with 90+ str. Pure is good, but not a necessity. Basically, I want a guy that's good at high level pking. Defense guys are good too.

Show me the char's stats, offer a price, and we'll talk about it.
