Do you think RuneScape is ready to die?

OMFG for the people who say it's not their fault it sucks because "it was made in java" well they can't use that as an excuse because it was their fault to be experts in Java which is just crap for games.

I give it 5 years, if that.
But then if jagex are smar they will be making a new game to take its place, which people wil play cause people are sheep.

 

lmfao runescape has many years left look at how much they are making each month selling members like thousands 10s of thousands of dollars.

 

i know what your trying to say but jagex will just carry on releasing graphical updates and adding more quests and skills until it becomes a waste of time and people get bored, then runescape 3 will be released. but this time i think levels will be non-transferable making everyone start again.

honestly, what else can fagex do? theyve got alot of skills, no room for more, autoers are just out to ruin it, people are quitting cause of stupid updates and f2p is getting everything!

Know the card game Yugayoh? It used to be the shit a few years ago until Konami or whatever started making bad updates to the game, now it sucks.



Rs will die, but probably not so soon. Maybe in 10 or 20 years>?

 

I doubt it can hold on long cause it relies soley on Java, maybe they will create Runescape3 as a download client

 

thats the point. Most people only do play it coz they dont have to download it. All downloadable games are like 200-500 mb :S
