BUY 0 HP EXP Combat Method - 50M 07!

Looking for a method to train combat without gaining hitpoints EXP. I am willing to pay up to 50M 07 if you have a viable method! I will go first, or request a MM.

Please be sure to consider the methods:
1.) EXP rate per hour.
2.) Requirements: stats, quests, GP required, etc...

Update: I am specifically looking for "Defence" EXP.

If your method is:
-Balancing barrels
-Pest control
-Forcing lamps
-Cleaning specimens

These are all not viable methods for my Defence skiller. Please message me if your method is 0HP Defence EXP, and viable. Thank you
