Jagex you ..

Alright, so I haven't played Runescape in more then half a year, I decided to go back on BUT I have forgotten my password, and my recoveries. I've been trying to get it back for the past couple of days, giving them every information I could - transaction ID's, agreement numbers, PbP pins, old passwords, old recoveries - even my old static IP (forced to use a dynamic IP now)

After a couple of tries, this is what I fucking get

That's just fucking great, even after giving them my old static IP + host information and ISP details they still fucking refuse to give my account back. Fucking Jagex, screw you - you've wasted 3 years of my life and refuse to give it back. You're just fucking lucky I'm not a student of law.

I doubt you would be able to be a student of law if you wasted 3 years of your life playing runescape. and...TDD is on a rampage, ahhhhh

They kept givin' me the exact same shit when I lost my account! Welcome to the club buddy ...

 

Yah lol they're pretty dumb once they locked my account because I said somebody else knew the password then it took forever to unlock it!

They're super cautious now with people recovering accounts. Ever since the mass recoveries around January, its been nearly impossible to get an account back without giving Exact recovs AND at least one old pass. I forgot my pass and didn't have recovs set on this one account; I only had one password on it..ever. i tried to get it back and they said I needed to provide the pass...even tho thats why I wasn't able to access the account in the first place. Jagex is annoying..-.-

 

They did the same to me. They are like this is not your account. I was on the same computer I created account with. I am like wtf Jagex. They're messed up people.

If you were a student of law, you would realize that all accounts are the property of Jagex, and no legal action could be taken. Yeah it sucks, but that's the way it is.

 

I hope you learnt your lesson... stop playing runescape.

 

just keep trying i got mine back on the secong go, change a few things around and just keep hopefull

 

cause then you'd have read the T&C and would have known you can do fuck all about this?
