    Food4RS False Advertising

I hate to be "that guy" who has to make a report like this, but it's extremely frustrating going from thread to thread only to find out the Prices listed are not being offered. It's click-bait and wastes so many buyer's time.

Originally contacted WhyGrind to see gold rate and was a good rate, yet Food4RS guarantees cheapest rates. That's a very bold statement as you would have to be willing to provide better rates than competitors or you would not have the audacity to make such a claim. Basically, Food4RS flat out said no and ignored me.

    User:
    [$200+ don][700B+ 07 traded]Cheapest! $1.49/m All paymentmethods, 24/7 instant delivery!

    Speaking with WhyGrind:
Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

    Food4RS thread and live-chat conversation:
Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

This may not seem like a big deal, but I'm tired of contacting several people who are false advertising. Sythe himself stated this is eligible to be reported.

Edit: I'm only making this report in hopes to stop so many users from abusing listed rates and not honoring them.

You're very welcome. I've used your site many times and it has always been a pleasure.

I was in no way claiming you were false advertising. Sorry you misunderstood. I simply used you as an example of a competitors price. It's one thing to just state you have the cheapest prices, but when you use the word guaranteed (as Food4RS did) it strongly suggests they will match/beat competitors (being yourself as example).

IMO, the use of the word 'guaranteed' and 'cheapest' individually, and when used together is just mere puffery. No reasonable person would interpret that to mean the price would be matched. False advertising would be advertising x price specifically, and then not offering x price. Using the word 'guarantees' is not a specific price.

Having a look at the forum, almost everyone has: 'best rates', 'best offer', 'beating all other sites'; they also have other forms of puffery, such as 'buying all gold': really, "all" gold, not "as much gold as I can afford"?

To reiterate, specific prices =/= 'best' or 'guaranteed' or 'cheapest. Not sure what others think, but feel free to make a suggestion/feedback thread.
