there are probably many accounts with like 1k party hats just laying there and nobody remembers the info.

 

Yeah man for sure there is, I often wonder if Jagex have a time limit on those accounts and once it's up all the items get turned into GP and thrown back into the economy, but most likely they get deleted hence why items like partyhats are going up constantly

 

The boonk is fake and he got in prison for beating up hes parents
