Since all this business came up about MMs being lazy and such not, and not doing there job. I think we should step it up and notch, and shut the complaining noobs up.

Post here so we know you are atleast here. I'll give this about a week before i go further into the results.

Just because this is probably one of, of the least used board in this forum doesn't mean every MM shouldn't check it once in a while.

man i totally agree with u Daily500 when i start to MM a trade, 6-10 people like add me on msn all at once.

i am on sythe starting 7am-9pm EST time that's if i don't work in RL. i MM until things are running smooth than party and get drunk/stoned on the weekends when i have a chance lmao joking...

all trusted and officials have lives too!

I really only MM from my private MSN at the moment though; the new scam makes it far too easy to impersonate officials, and I'd rather people consider me gone.

Anything happen with the idea of adding RSN names to the MM list? Might help counter spoofing.

Couldn't that also work against us if someone reported them to jagex then all of your mming accounts would be banned? :s

 

I've never known an official to hide their RSN, even on their application screenshots. (Hell, I know many official's mains, from no particular effort to find out.) I'd be surprised if all of us haven't already been reported a few times; we've met in-game with hundreds of people.

I question how much Jagex would care in the first place. Go to the construction forum, and click one of the "Selling 100k oak planks". Then look up their stats. Their posts aren't deleted or closed, they're not banned, and absolutely everyone knows they're macro'ers. There are some names I recognize from 6 months back - and still nothing's been done.

Better yet, how many "suspicious trades" have you done from your account? How many accounts have your IP on them?

True, middlemen are breaking the rules (a small sentence in the "create account" agreement), but we're not the source of the problem, and banning us wouldn't stop the desire to trade.

 

Here, Yes. I am really afraid of someone impersonating me and getting me in trouble and make me have a bad reputation. But If that rsn thing does happen mine is Matrix Ozzy for the record...

 

Im back, Sorry i was in spain for 2 weeks.

 

Well, 9 out of the current 15 MMs posted here in a 2 week period of time. Although I expected better, still better than nothing.

Honestly, not trying to call anyone out, but maybe I will later on. The main thing I'm trying to say is I have proof some MMs haven't even logged into their MSN for several months, which is honestly unacceptable. As for the imitate thing, that shouldn't be an excuse to not MM. Not directing that at Matrix Ozzy, just stating a fact for everyone.

People call out MMs in community general for inactivity, yet only 2 or 3 MMs ever post on it, or post period anywhere. I honestly can't deny 75% of the current MMs don't deserve to keep the rank.

 

I think that most all of what you just said isnt true, Not only talking about me but I have honestly seen alot of our Middlemen be active on msn, I dont know if your thinking of me as being In-active but i love my new badass job, I am on as much as possible, The past week or so i have been a Sythe freak since ive had it man...
