1. What is your age? My name is Stone, and i'm 20 years old.

2. How many hours per week do you spend on the computer on average? On average i'd say I spend roughly about 40 hours per week on the computer. Starting with my 2 online classes which I only spend around 2-4 hours per day with and then I spend the rest of my day on Twitch and of course playing Oldschool Runescape.

3. Do you have any other jobs/commitments? I am currently a part-time online student taking 2 classes. I am unemployed, hence why I'm applying for this position as a live chat agent.

4. Do you have any work experience with live chat? I have no experience being a live chat agent. However, I've learned a lot from being in live chat talking to the agents and seeing how they respond/deal with customers. I'm a very quick learner/fluent in english and I have a few years of customer service experience under my belt.
