Best thing to merchant?

I was just wondering what the best thing to merchant for a non mem, ive got a lil more than a mil...
things ive tried
yew...
willows...
coal...
full rune (g)...
Ive heard of buying minds at the magic shop for around 4 each or something like that and selling in bulk for 15each...
anything better than what im doing?

 

buy deaths at the port sarim magic shop. then sell 300eac (i think) at varrock w1

 

Right...why do people ask what is the best thing to merchant? if there was a best thing to merchant everyone would do it. so if everyone merchanted the same thing it would make it a bad thing to merchant.

So people are not going to tell you what to merchant, most of the really rich people keep their merchanting skills secret so it will still be good to merchant.

But like the person before said buying runes from shops and selling them off for a higher price is always good. this also works with arrows. what i do sometimes is buy 2-3k green dragon hides and tan them. it takes about 30 mins to tan 1k of them and you make like 200gp profit per hide so its really quick cash.
