I don't own this FC, in fact I hardly ever use it. I owned "Chat" FC which I made for purely social reasons only back in 2014. Rules of the FC were literally to play rs and hangout with people who also had a rare name. RWT wasn't allowed to be discussed, it was just a social gathering FC for people who shared a similar interest (rare names). After owning Chat for about a year I was banned on it which was around the same time I stopped playing RS. The regular users of Chat FC remade a new friends chat which is what we know as "Talk" today. I frequented Talk FC because I thought it was full of people that I used to socialize with in my previously owned FC. I'm more of a stranger in the FC now like anyone else, but I stil continue to use it because some of my old friends hand out there. Only the odd user or rank in the FC even recognizes me anymore because of how inactive I am. I'm not sure about what the users of Talk FC do or what their known for anymore I don't play Runescape enough to partake in any of the conversations that happen there.

You've just provided everyone with a list of threads that have I've either been previously pardoned for or have been completely sorted out. The "scam" report which included an account was from when I got hacked in 2013. I was pardoned for this already after making attempts to contact the user to pay him back, and he showed no interest and eventually stopped replying. Many of the other reports you've shared are from the same incident which involved Taylor--. The dispute process that took place on multiple threads was settled and Taylor-- has been banned and still owes me 800M RS3 GP in order to be unbanned. I still have not received my 800M that Taylor-- owes me. This is the truth and mods can confirm on Taylor--'s ban reason if they reference it)

Glare is one of my regular customers, among various other users on this site who contact me via other market platforms. I've got no idea what you're talking about in regards to him helping sell my names, I'm fine to do that on my own.

This is a copy and pasted list of one you brought up earlier this year in which I've already addressed all of the above names and how they were obtained in an ethical manor.

I've mentioned time and time again that my method of retrieving names is ethical in a market perspective because the stock that I obtain are names which haven't hit the market yet. I don't spy on other names sellers or ask for their lists, I don't make alternate skype accounts to spy on people (like Joshua does and has admitted to). and FTR no one told me about BBQ, I challenge anyone to provide skype evidence of someone telling me about that because it didnt happen. If the previous owner comes to me with ample proof then I will gladly reimburse the username to them as I did not intend to steal from a market user.

Here are my thoughts on name sniping

Ethical - Some cases of this would include sniping a name from a dormant account that has never been for sale on any market. In my opinion, a transferring name in game holds no value until it's being considered for sale. If "Sally" plays rs and has the name "Cow" and wishes to give it to her friend "Andrew". And Sniper1 was able to suspect this happening based on them taking too long with the transfer procedure and Sniper1 interferes with this nonmarket exchange I don't think that this is unethical. I think this for these main reasons:

1. Sniper had no intention to intervene with another market transaction to steal a name to build personal stock
2. Jagex has made it clear to players that transferring a name comes at your own risk
3. Name holds no value until it's being considered for sale on the market.

This is the type of name sniping that I perform, and I will openly admit to it. I take pride in my ability to build stock without fucking other people on the market over or spying on other people's shops. There is some gray area with doing this (Which sounds like MAY have happened with BBQ) where I have unknowingly interfered with a market sale that I had absolutely no idea about but for the most part I believe this constitutes as Ethical Sniping

Unethical - Going around asking other name sellers what they are selling with the intention to steal from other sellers to build up your own stock. It seems like there are ALOT of users right now going around making alternate accounts and fake skype accounts just to try and find out what us name sellers have for sale. The well rounded name sellers who are in the market know who to not interact with and many of the ones who have been around long enough know to mind their own business (You won't EVER catch me asking another name seller for their name list, I never have). The way my personal business goes, I wish for all of my transactions to go over well and this is why I sell the majority of my stock privately. It isn't to hide away any names I've taken from people on the market - It's so that my customers don't have to worry these snakes following my threads waiting for hints from me to remove names from threads and update bids.

There has been market interference in the past where I have immediately refunded usernames to users involved in every case reported against me. (Amp, Clay, Gong). I urge the previous owner of BBQ to be in touch with me and if what you're saying is true then he can gladly take his name back.
