Yes Jagex can ban you if they see that you used one of the bots on the sight. Make sure you don't post your Runescape username on the sight.

Actually if they find enough proof on sythe they can and will ban your runescape account but will never happen because jagex dont have time to enter these forums, also They do not have specific proof.
