    So I was curious to know - is UKBT reversible by the sender? How would I get around anything like this arising? Is there any check I should do before receiving the money from the sender?

    It's not reversible unless it's a fraudulent transaction so make sure the person sending you the money is the owner of the actual bank account.

    A bunch of hacked banks were used for fraudulent payments a few months back and these guys might have more info than I do.
