NO member asks for a paypal email without receiving the gold.
no member continues a conversation without receiving the gold.

P.S between me giving my PayPal email, i skiped that line of text. I can provide to moderator if needed,

hope that proves my point.

• That would be 08:30 Oct 5 by chuckle's time (GMT +01:00) [According to his IP].
• That would be 03:30 Oct 5 by your time (GMT - 04:00) [According to your IP].
• Your Skype conversation with him started at 01:10 Oct 5 your time [based on your Skype pictures].
• Your Skype conversation with him finishes at 02:28 Oct 5 your time [based on your Skype pictures].
• Him requesting a ban occurs at 17:52 my time on Oct 5 (GMT+ 11:00), which means 02:52 Oct 5 your time.

You claim he made the request at 01:42 your time (GMT - 04:00), which is an hour off my calculations, so I may have made a mistake with the GMT conversion / the IPs were off by 1hour of GMT - the 10 minutes is attributable to minor clock differences. Either way you have a prima facie case imo and I'll ask him to explain whats going - I might unban him with a strict warning not to use the market, or a DNT, in order to open that dialogue, or alternatively, chuckle can post as a guest now to explain the situation while he's recovering his Skype.

Is this your first trade / correspondence with chuckle? I only ask because you seem to have screenshots from 'Yesterday'. Could you also post a screenshot that it is his Skype - I'm going to sleep so I don't want to look for it now.

To make things clear, what is it you claim you traded him specifically, and how much does he owe you in PayPal?

The messages from yesterday were just adding and I asked him if he had an account to rent. I can provide picture when home.

My claim is, I sold him 200m. As shown in the pictures he did confirm that the 200m traded was to this member.

He agreed to $1 a mil. So in fact, he owes me $200. USD.

We know, his skype got hacked. In the pictures I provided he has said he is tried and has been up all night. The thing is, when and the timing it got hacked. The pictures I gave sythe shown we were talking. Also, shows that e added me a day earlier and I asked to rent max. Nothing was wr No, although I didn't rent.

I didn't request a pm because I know his skype didn't get hacked. I know this because no one makes up an excuse not to pay and tries to go through it. The member on skype was saying that he needed a paypal verification. He also said that he uses the computer he bots, totally not believe able. If chuckle doesn't get faulted from this it proves a point. Anyone can pull of a scam. We can all say our skype got hacked. No matter what, feedback, vouches, we can all say skype has been hacked.

I get it. Skype can he hacked. But no body is realizing the timing of this happening. This happened literally 20 minutes before. He was only sythe while trading. Btw. When other IP's are signed into skype. Time zone changes. Are you telling me that the "scammer" lives in the same area... Lol.

Be realistic. I've sold 1b+ over the past 24 hours. I can provide vouches.

Oh and, sure. WYD. telling someone you got hacked isn't hard. And telling skype you got hacked also is not hard. Welcome to the real world.

Mate you aren't understanding. Anyone can recover a Skype account. Also anyone can fake a hack and say they got hacked and recover a skype account.

I'm proving the point that the time this taken place lined up strangle.

chuckle works for 4 live chats and makes a lot online there would be no point faking a skype hack to get 200$ and risk all online income. he works for kaii, ace and liam's live chats. but he will reply in the morning when his skype is fixed

 

I've had a look at chuckles emails etc, and they show that he submitted a recovery request to Skype at 01:22 on October 5th chuckles time. That would be 20:22 on October 4th your time. That is well before you traded with chuckle's hacked Skype.

I do recognize that chuckle could fabricate all of this. One of the reasons I wanted to see the emails was whether he had in fact submitted a recovery request to Skype, and if so, when it occurred. It shows that he did, and, it occurred before the trade with you took place. He could have fabricated it in advance, no doubt, but there is no evidence to suggest he did.

Proceeding then, on the basis that he was hacked. Chuckle would still be responsible for any scams that occurred on his Skype by the hacker. In order to prove a scam, you have to give evidence, which you've done above. The primary evidence you're relying on is this.

1. You're arguing that because the hacker says they are going to send you money by PayPal, that therefore that proves you gave them the RSGP already.
2. You're also relying on the fact that chuckle posts the thread while during the time you were actually talking to the hacker.

To the second point, had chuckle posted the thread when he submitted the recovery request, your second point would be invalid (because it was well before the you traded the hacker). Ultimately the second point then defaults back to chuckle fabricating the hacking, which, there is no evidence to support.

To the first point, without trade screenshots it's really hard to prove one way or another what actually happened. Just like how you are saying chuckle could have fabricated, so too could it be that chuckle actually got hacked, and you were conspiring with the hacker fabricate a trade in order to get chuckle to compensate you - that has happened before. Ultimately there's too much doubt for me. There is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. The best you have is circumstantial evidence / suspicious circumstances. That's just not enough I'm sorry.

You're right that people could fake getting hacked (mind you if it happens repeatedly... we'll know somethings up). In any event however, we still operate on innocent until proven guilty, and I don't think there's sufficient evidence to prove that either chuckle faked his hacking, or that you were scammed by the hacker. There's a reasonable doubt, and there's no bright line between whether there is enough evidence and when there is too little evidence.

Feel free to respond if you think I've missed something.
