PlayerAuctions Scam

I bought an account about five months ago on PlayerAuctions, and it just got reclaimed

I had insurance, so I know I'll get my money back, but two questions:

1) Is PA good about this stuff? I read that they were terrible, but have they changed?
2) Can I or PA sue the seller for fraud, since he reclaimed it? Will PA even do anything more than simply ban him?

 

1) Last I heard they were still terrible until you got through to the right people who actually understood how the game works. They do have a thread here though where you can post if your case doesn't get solved but you use should use that as a last resort.

2) No. You can try but the case will never get anywhere because its a small amount.
