A few scripting qustions

hey guys im thinking about making a flax spinner script.
ive been reading a few tuts and i think im geting to no the basics
i was wondering how do u make it so after every few trips it will point the compass back to south. and how do u make it so that when you are finished making the bowstrings to carry on with the rest of the script instead of waiting so many secounds then carry on with the script

The compass the would be MakeCompass('S');

You'd have to use bitmaps on the chat that comes up when you have no more flax to spin to make it carry on with the script. . .PM me if you want to know a bit more about the second thing.
