can't see images

like when ppl post there images i ca't see them could u help me

 

mind being more descriptive? Is it only some or all? is there just no picture, or is it an outline with shapes in the corner?

 

there was a few people that were having this problem Reinstall firefox

 

I have the same problem, when someone uploads to imageshack i get something like this.

[AD], hyperlinked to imageshack.us and I cant view it. I have IE btw

imageshack doesn't allow hotlinking on some websites for some reason

 

It does on this website.
Anyway it's not an Image problem, it's Browser side.

You're not running dail-up?

What is in place of the picture (Image please).

 

I know what hes talking about, i have the exact same problem on this old comp. of mine. I do NOT run on dial-up, and instead of the picture, it shows

[AD]

And its hyperlinked to imageshack.us, is that right thelegend?

The good thing though, is when I play RS on a f2P world theres no adds, it shows the exact same thing =).

When you load a page, you have to download everything that is displayed. When there are lots of images you have to download a lot more, and such when you have slow connection speeds (Dail-Up), it can take a very long time to load.

That page only has one picture though. What happens if you use a different browser?

 

if i use switfswitch i can see imgaes but with Explorer i can't and i have Comcast is not dial up and my pc is not slow so idk whats rong
