Please rate and advise on how to make him better...

hmm. the hp is rly low so i'd suggest gettin atk and str to 40 or range to 40/50
what do you mean what to wear? what to wear pking? if so mage ammy, cape, boots, gloves, mage robe top and bottom, mage hat, and a staff for autocasting.

 

ok, cheers. Although i dont really understand "mage bottom" what exactly is that? (blue skirt gives no bonuses)
