faking vouches

I think a new rule needs to be made. Faking vouches. If you fake a vouch you are going to get infracted. Why?

Vouches are what brings a person from being leecher, to building up trust, to having some high rank. You, yourself, might not think that vouches matter, but a lot of other people do. Thats why they shouldnt be faked.

Which one do you trust more? I know you can just click the link, but some noobs are retarded and they dont check them.

Im not saying quotes in general shouldnt be allowed to be edited, just vouches.

Wow, ive caught many people with fake vouches, but i didnt think it was worth reporting, because i didnt know that it could get them banned. If there was more rules, there could be, possibly, less scammers.
