Not sure where to post

I was banned off of osbot because of the ignorance of the mods. An account I sold was apperently recovered, I recovered the account back for the customer, after a couple of days he didnt want it anymore, We agreed that hed give the acc back and i'd give him a full refund of what he paid. I gave him the refund and instead of giving me the acc back, he deleted me off skype. I thought everything was done with but then one of the mods said i had to refund him for the quests and skills he did on the acc. I tried to argue this since the customer agreed that he just wanted a refund of what he paid. I dont want to go back to osbot and would rather continue my business here but id rather have this dealt with before i do anything. If I am not allowed to be on this site, just let me know.
