Strength: 65 (at least!)
Defence: 1 - 5 (any higher and it affects combat lvl to much and its a no)
HP: 35 (at least)
Ranged: 1 (dont care if this is higher or not will not pay extra for range lvls)
Prayer: 1 - 31 (if its 1 ill pay more)
Mage: 1 (same as ranged)

WILL PAY UP TO 15M FOR AN OBBY MAUL PURE IF IT IS GOOD ENOUGH
DO NOT EXPECT 15M FOR THE MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
