How Do I Download A Server?!

k i just downloaded project 16 v.6 using a hamachi network, and when i try to compile this comes up:


so i cant change anything on my sever, so i need a new server. hopefully a server not using hamachi. so if you have anty links or help i can change to do something plz post here.

OH, and.. when i "edit" the compiler to see whats wrong because it says "javac" isnt reconized, it doesnt let me do anything or else it messes something else up. i havent done anything to this compiler it came like this i didnt do anything to mess it up. so please post to help thanks!
