Here's how I do my trades...

Pins:
°The Buyer gives me the money he's paying for the Pin
°The seller supplies me with Pin info
°I verify the Pin and activate the Buyer's account
°I give the seller his money

Account Trades:
°Buyer gives me the money he's paying for the account
°The seller gives me the account details.
°I get on the account to verify that it's legitimate
°I give the buyer the account details
°I give the seller his money

Buying/Selling GP:
°Seller gives me the GP
°The Buyer sends his real cash to the Seller
°The Seller verifies that he has recieved his money
°I give the Buyer his GP
