[Need Suggestions!] New Game PLEASE!

TL;DR: I need new game suggestions with unique concepts that my shit laptop can run.

Okay, I'm not going to get into much detail to my prior gaming experience because overall it's just becoming monotonous. I've been a gamer for as long as i can remember and I'm just tired of the cliches and would like for people to throw a couple suggestions regardless of what I've played.

From consoles to PC to handhelds to board games, I'm just bored of it all.

The communities are probably my biggest issue, I can't stand majority of game communities because all of them have their own little elitists that completely turn off any interest I had in said game.
Not to mention now a days, everyone's too focused on what type of graphics the game is going to have and that severely bothers me.

I also don't want to grind for months to start accessing the enjoyable content in the game. (07scape in particular)

I enjoy the foundation of LoL but i'm not interested in playing a game where i have to rely on consistently terrible teammates when I don't like partying up in games, it's just not my thing because I enjoy hopping on/getting off whenever I feel like it, not dependent on someone else to enjoy the experience. Let's not mention the fact that it's pretty common for the entire game to be carried by one person and that does NOT appeal to me at all when it's a 'team based game'.

Honestly I'm just looking for something my current shit laptop can run without relying on graphics to carry the game, I don't care about graphics and sometimes I enjoy 8bit more to be honest.

and i'm also open for solo game suggestions because honestly I think multiplayer is really just starting to dull out on me completely no matter what i play.

I'm not going to make a list of games that I played that people can go off of to judge whether i'll like their suggestion or not, just recommend

 

When I'm bored from everything I usually play Red alert 2/3/Yuri and Generals. D:

Old school yet nice. I enjoy playing 6 Brutal armies vs me and 1 brutal.

 

Just emulate your old favorite retro games.

 

i intend to recommend FF 17. ahaha....maybe i'm among them.

 

Try Bastion or Transistor by SuperGiant Games. Those have a really unique art-style, wonderful music and narration. Good replay-ability and I enjoyed them all the way through.

I also recommend checking out Orcs Must Die 2! Its more fun with a friend, but you can play single player as well. You basically run around laying down traps and killing Orcs while they run from one portal to the exit.

Runescape Idle Adventures is out in beta on steam. It gets boring eventually but its fun to dick around with for a little bit and its free.

Hitman absolution was a short but pretty fun game. I wouldn't pay $20 for it, probably torrent that one.

The old blizzard games are fun to play again. Diablo I/II, Warcraft, Starcraft. All have campaigns as well as co-op.
