One of the Runescape polls specifically asked something like: Where do you play most often? > School, Home, Work, Other.

Clearly implying that they expect most players, if not all, to be using different computers, thus implying different IPs, on same accounts.

Make sure what you use Details if not when change: View and press on Deatails.
