Help on Digital circuits assignment

Hi,

I currently have an assignment that's on digital circuits (first year eng student). The assignment doesn't require any coding; just some designing of the circuits. We are given the circuits, and we have to explain what they do by making a state machine, truth table etc.

The overall circuit resembles a Mealy Machine. It makes use of a 3bit counter and a register/match circuit. There are some other parts to it but overall it should be pretty simple to anyone who understands this stuff.

I was looking for someone who could help me out with the assignment, so more like tutoring advice on how to do it/explanations rather than doing the assignment for me. It'll probably take one hour tops and I am willing to pay.
