that is a complete rumor i tryed every possibility and getting an mod status is very hard jagex WILL ip serch you! so no 1 ealse can do it. hint just be fair! lol wtf am i sayng buyng cash and cheating is great

And for the unbanning, there was a rumor about unbanning without any appeals. I'm just not sure how to do it.

 

no he wants a way to unband or become mod in like 30 secounds, he doseint want people reporting for him, he just wants you "the people" to find the way

 

*cough* its not a rumor..... ppl have done it. my freind in rl got his account ban and witn no appeals left got it unban 1 week later by a good mod freind =p

i was perm banned and turned it into a 10 day ban..... all you do is say sorry and ask for another chance! worked for me!

hey i can try gettin ur account unbanned..i had an account wit 24.5 out of 10 blkmark..first it was perm muted..got it unmuted and then perm banned~got it unbanned...
