Are PSP's worth the money?

They break REALLY easy..

 

I had a psp it was awesome but I mostly used it as a mp3 player and to go on the internet lol till the day I was laying on my bed with it watching tv swinging a masterlock around then I heard a crack and looked and my psp screen was blank lol then I got mad threw it off stuff threw ninja stars at it lit half of it on fire hit it with a hammer then took it apart with a screw diver lol

Games like Killzone are teh shit!

 

They break easily, but there worth it!...I brought a 2Gig chip for £20 lol...from the UK.. i was like :O:O:O

Buy a psp with a firmware thats under 2.0

NEVER upgrade it either. Otherwise you can't go back and now no modding.


You will need to use ebay also, cause Bestbuy and other electronic stores only sell the updated ones.

I have had a psp, but I don't really even use it. I have sold all of my games except my two GTA.

I think its just cause of the fact though, I think I have grown out of my video game stage. I had an xbox 360 for 2 months and played it a ton with alot of games, then one day I just stopped playing. When I do try to play now I get easily bored within 5 minutes. I think its mean 3 months since I lasted played it.

 

^Wrong you can buy a psp today with 3.50 firmware and downgrade it and psp is so awsome but after a year it becomes very boring but its so fun download games play old classic systems custom backgrounds if you want it to waste time its perfect

Depends really.
If you go out alot to boring places. a PSP is good cuz u can carry it around.

but if ur at home and are bored a ps2 is better cuz its on a tv and is bigger

also it doesnt require batteries and doesnt have 1 hour waiting screens

 

Yea, worth it if you happen to buy one with old firmware, of course buying one in general is pretty good too, but I'd recommend waiting to buy one until they get a firmware hack for newer versions of the PSP.

 

psps arent good at all i got 1 its like a brick it dont fit in no pockets or anythin they hurt ur neck if u play on em 2 long coz ur always lookin down there not loud wen listening to music especially with the headphones they supply graphics arent 2 great either

 

I got one. Go to eBay or Amazon and buy one with 1.50 firmware. Because then you don't need to buy clanky UMD games, then you can download PSP game ISO, CSO, DAX rips of the UMDS. Which means, free PSP games on your memory stick! Any you can run unsigned applications on your PSP if you have PSP firmware 1.50 or hacked OE,SE,DAX firmwares etc. It's really fun but get like a 4 GB memory stick.

Right.... I Have a PSP its really great, cant mod it, dont know where to get a lower Firmware......... Help........
