Go see a doctor. This isn't something someone on Sythe can safely answer.

Three weeks is long enough for your head injury to heal. I would definitely go see a doctor as this could be a serious condition. Anything involving the brain should be dealt with swiftly so please don't wait and go see a neurologist.

As easy as it might sound/think, asking for medical help online is not the right thing.
Also searching for advice should not be a definite answer to your issues.

Definitely see your doctor @Andy Samberg

Do you not have health insurance? If you can't afford it, there should be some federal aid programs that help you like Obama Care.

I'm sorry about your situation, but it could be a concussion which needs to be treated immediately. If you value your life the costs are definitely worth it. You don't want to fuck with head injuries.

I'm not an expert, but I've studied the brain throughout my undergraduate studies and this sounds pretty serious. Is the site of wear it's hurting the same place you hit your head? Because if so, 3 weeks is more than enough time for it to stop hurting. It should have stopped by now no doubt if it wasn't serious.

It all depends on costs and benefits.

I have health insurance so if I had this pain, I would definitely go. Even if I didn't have health insurance, I would most probably still go. But this is because my financial situation isn't too bad at the moment so I can afford it.

I don't know your financial situation, but if it's hurting at the same spot you hit your head at, then the two are related even if it's at the spot that you hit the softest. Head injuries are a serious thing if not dealt with quickly. Could it be a coincidence that it's hurting at the same spot you hit your head and it's just a migraine? Yes. But it's more likely it's more than that. It just depends on how you view the importance of your body and whether it's worth it for you to have peace of mind on what it is.

And also, if you make enough, please get health insurance. This could have been a simple 20$ co-pay if you had it. I really, really advise you to just get it.

Waiting it out for a while is not a bad choice even if I wouldn't do it.

As for health insurance, if you have enough, it's always smart to have it. You don't know if cancer will hit you in the next decade or so, or even if you need a simple hernia surgery. Those kinds of things will cost hundreds of grand which you will be out of luck on if you don't have insurance.
