Requirements:
MUST have 75+ strength
MUST have only 1-3 defense.
MUST be able to use scimmy/dds
MUST have ALL previous info if your not a trusted member.

Helpful stats
Hoping for at least blitz, barrage is ideal. 82 or 94 magic
No prayer wanted, then again sometimes prayer has helped me alot so it really depends on the accounts stats.
60-70+ range also wanted

Hmm...I don't get something...It says must never have been a member and also says must be able to use dds/scimmy...If i'm correct you have to be done 2 members quests for them...
