Hmmm, If im correct. Livers hearts and other vital organs go for 40grand a peace. So kill them then sell the organs?
If they kill someone, And the have evidence like they did against OJ Carve em up and ship em out. Make the us a few hundred grand (not alot) And be done with it?

any group of people can frame a person of a crime they did not commit.

there for, if lets say a person is charged with murder, but didn't really murder anyone, and he gets the death penalty. after he dies, they restudied his case and finds that hes innocent. Whats going to happen?

 

1) Murder is more serious then man slaughter.(EG. Hacking someone's neck with a knife leel)

 

yes, but manslaughter is still killing someone, so i could care less. i think they should be treated equally.

 

well murder is alot worse than manslaughter
manslaughter is just self defence or you wernt planning on killing somone
murder is if you actually were planning on it or it wasnt in self defence etc
people with manslaughter should just stay in prison for awhile
murderers some should get the penalty however you really do need to hear both sides of the story

 

thats the point of a fair trial lol, i still think if you killed someone and it wasnt a mistake or it wasnt in defence, you shall die in the same manner.... sorry

Well think about it. Would you rather stay in prision, and do horrible, torturing work for every single day of your life, till your dying day? Would you want to spend life with people who are mean to you, and a convict who smells like crap, in your cell? Would you want to spend a life, without living with your family, your children, your friends, but with fuck friends, who anal you in the non-private showers? :O

Or would you just die?

But then again, they say life is a gift, and people would still rather enjoy life, (if you call that enjoying) than to die.

I say to some degree manslaughter should be legal depending on how it goes through in court. Murder however, should be more than an eye for an eye...totured to death.

 

1) Man-Slaughter can be an easily made accident.
2) It's not the same.

Why isn't it the same?

Because sometime's stuff can make you overboard and an accident can make you murder someone like say your playing in the back yard with your friend and you both were doing something stupid then something goes wrong and you accidently hit your friend with something and he die's. You didn't want to deliberatly kill your friend did you?(If yes then your an idiot)

There for you did not want to kill your friend or another person it was an accident and it is Man-slaughter I guess.

 

I agree. If you kill some one on purpose you should be killed in return.

 

Eye for an eye seems perferctly knowledgble. You kill some one by torching them.. Then you should get torched the way the murder victim was torched.. I think its just simpler... If people think they can do that, and it wont harm them ... Well then think again!

 

if that is true does that mean i can randomly pick a gun off the ground and shoot someone... but since i never planned on killing someone i could get manslaughter?

yet again i say.... an eye for an eye isnt 2 eyes from 1 person. both people can still see with 1 eye on their head, but with a new lesson in it as well.
