becoming a member

hey guys.
ive been a member many times before, i always suscribe through the home phone but now for sum reason i try the number ...0900 922 99.. and i just get the beep bep bep tone that it dosent exist.
Can any1 help me plz??

 

ok i must have had a toll bar on that phone..i used someone elses and it worked but now i have a new problem...i try to enter my pin number and it says i have more then 3 unused pins...
