Explanation of the trade: Was buying 1.5m OS-Scape blood money for $18.
How they scammed: Wanted me to go first so I sent over the $18, then started making excuses saying it's a dollar short and that he would either refund or I needed to send the other dollar, I asked if he could just give me the BM and I'd send the other dollar over he refused and said he'd refund me. Then he claimed he refunded me and blocked me.

Can you take another screenshot of your Paypal (full screen) with the transaction ID + time so I can see no refund has come through at the moment.
