If paypal were to bring you to courth it would cost them around 5000$

You have nothing to worry about unless your in the negative 1000's...all they will do is call you a few times until you give a good enough reason and then let you go.

too lazy to read everything but dude, samething happened to me. except mine was $234. I don't know what happened with that. All I know is that the paypal account is closed and it was my mom. I think my mom had to pay for it, i still feel bad but i'll be getting a job in a month, so i can pay her back. after all, she IS my mom.

Fake information is a felony its called fraud and they prob wont take you to court about the money unless its way higher but you still will have bad credit for the rest of your life and if you pay it back youl still have bad

It will be just about impossible to get a unsecured loan if you never pay the $200

btw Credit ratings (good bad average ect...) are calculated from your financial history and your assets you own.

Tell people your true story

You were selling mils via paypal 50 or so mil for 200 bucks then the person filed the claim you were careless and spent the money anyways (maybe without acknowledgment) and so then your in the hole if you never spent that $200 you would have been fine.

 

The story I have told is not a lie. It lacks details but its to the point. So go back to that.

I think its rather doubtful my Family would get involved but there is a chance. I believe this is just dying down now.
