nice guide, a bit reluctant to part wit my animated mouse tho..

 

What the hell? I did this and now it will not let me adjust my screen resolution or color quality, resolution is stuck at 800X600 which is freakin huge, and the color is at 4 bits which is basically no color at all.... how do i fix this?

yes the i've been using system mechanic for a long time now =p...err mate...? you could've just go to task manager and change the priority of firefox.exe to above normal..? this will also speed everything up if your online on internet =p

 

This is great, exept for the xp theme and background, without those it just looks eew.

Good Guide!. But the msconfig doesn't always work.. some programs will override it. You can always use spybot.(in the advanced menu their is a startup option). It does a very good job. But if you need your PC to be faster then go for this guide!(not if you have a kickass 4GB system like me).
