well. if i were in this situation id be scared to tell my parents. do u know any friends with credit cards or anything? if u do ask them to help u and then pay them back.

 

I know its scary to ask parents but you just have to do it, trust me things can get very serious in these types of situations.

Weird because some guy jacked my moms paypal account and bought stuff then some random guy called are house on a private number claiming to be paypal. i smell something fishy

 

after a certain time they do have there lawyers come and talk to you, so your best bet is try to get ahold of the kid who jacked you. so you can show them or get some kind of proof of the transaction.i know 3 people in real life that had this happen to them back when they sold mills on rsc.

 

I don't see how it would affect any credit what so ever. Parents aren't involved and I'm underage.

Exactly. just because you can't be taken to court doesn't mean your parents can't. PayPal will do anything to get their money. Believe me. And they will win.

 

Underage peopel can be taken to court doesn't matter if your 5 or 505.

You will have bad credit and its almost impossible to rebuild credit after you have bad credit.

You best bet would be to tell them the what you call "truth" I doubt your story your telling us is 100% accurate but tell them that and say you charged me back im not paying because of that.


paypal would take you cat to court if it ment getting money and dont play that attitude saying im not scared of you I ain't paying you guys one cent that just makes it worse.

It is your fault after they filed claims you should have alerted paypal instead of spending the cash and thinking im under 18 they cant do shit.

All i can say is you're pretty much screwed. A friend of mine had the same problem before. He had to pay all the money back in full.

Infact I know about this stuff and I can garentee bailifs will be sent to your house very soon to collect what they think is $200 of value.

People saying PP wont take you to court over $200 is wrong. Small claims court cost next to nothing and they can prosecute you their.

Also you are not to young to go to court, EVERYONE who is ARRESTED has to go to court.
You telling me 13 year old kids have never been arrested?

Even if you was 8 years old you would go to court. Ofcoarse you would have parents/gaurdians their with you.

Looks like to me you scammed rs gold by saying you are buying via mail. (WHEN YOU SELL BY PAYPAL) as commented by a member saying on a previous post.
I hope you get a dose of your medicine now and suffer for what you did. Because unless you pay them back, you wont get away with it.
