Wrong.. How is it a waste of time and money. Sythe would win cash for damages, as well as it would get him in someone kind of serious legal action. AS well as stop more people from doing it.

 

No he proved it he said dont believe me il ddos again and did for like 1 minute said see and did it again. then kept it up for like an hour then ddosed constantly

Don't call DDoSers hackers, they don't deserve the title, DDoSers are just simple noobs that think they know it all, Last attack stopped when the ddoser got show what real hacking was. Now once he can get a few hundred dollars to replace his hard drive i think he will think twice about being a Script Kiddie. Thats the thing to remember if you are ddosing, Sythe gets free hosting time for your ddosing, and you may have to replace your hard disk. What are you going to do if it happens to you? Jack shit cause your ass would be in it more than i would be.

 

How much cash could he possibly win... I'm sure legal fees would overwhelm whatever he gains. Even if the site is on a really fast server, it's still only like 500 USD a month. The site was down for like, a week. Other than that, what has any cash value?

Pressing Charges? No no no no, the only thing he can do is report the IP to authorities, which if i'm correct, if he even knows who it is, and has all the proof to show that, the IPS, will shut down his internet service, and then local authorities will show up at his/her window, but thats just a little guess.

 

I don't care if he presses charges or not, just get rid of the fucking down time...

 

Ya they could do that by eliminating the search function, but the admins think that the members will whine about it to much.
